Smart Smoke Detector Installation
Easily mounts to the ceiling and connects via Wi-Fi
Installation requirements
- A network with a high-speed wireless internet connection is required.
- It does not support public hotspots.
- The Wi-Fi signal is required to receive smartphone notifications.
Note: The device will detect smoke and emit an audible signal even if the Wi-Fi is not configured.
CONNECTIVITY SPECIFICATIONS
- Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n (2.4 GHz), open/WEP/WPA/WPA2 private.
- Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE).
NOTE: The Netatmo Smart Smoke Detector does not include a CO detector, as smoke and CO detectors should not be installed in the same location.
Mount the Smart Smoke Detector to the ceiling as instructed in the user manual.
Simply download the Home + Security App and enter the password of the customer's Wi-Fi connection.
No computer skills are required.
The Smart Smoke Detector is completely independent.
It does not need to be connected to a home automation hub to work.
The Smart Smoke Detector is carefully designed and certified to the highest technological standards: EC, NF.
