The latest update to Home + Control includes a new graphical interface that features a modern and user-friendly design, with simplified navigation through an icon menu. Users can easily access key functions, including energy management, scenario visualization, event scheduling, and temperature control. In particular, the innovative new dashboard has been developed to improve the user experience by making it easier for users to access and control their Smart Home.
These are the main functions provided in the dashboard:
- Energy management: The dashboard gives the users a view of their instantaneous energy consumption. They can monitor the consumption of appliances and power lines in real time, thus optimizing the energy management of the home.
- Direct access to customizations: The new interface allows users to configure and launch custom scenarios, schedules and automations to define specific actions based on the time of day or schedule events to automate device actions, such as turning lights on and off, opening and closing shutters and activating appliances.
- Temperature regulation and home comfort: The active temperature program is immediately visible, and it is possible to change it or directly access the temperature setting. In addition, information about the target temperature setting has been added.
- Viewing devices across your home: Users can see the list of rooms with smart devices (lights, outlets, blinds etc.) along with their real-time status. In the case of multiple houses, it is easy to switch between them by clicking on the top right of the house name and selecting the desired one.
